Job summary

Purpose Brands LLC leads Orangetheory Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method. The Director of Corporate Owned Studios will steward the entire corporate studio portfolio, ensuring exceptional member experiences while driving profitability, growth, and talent development across markets.

This leader will manage Regional Directors and studio leadership, establish robust performance metrics, and partner with executive teams to execute strategic initiatives that elevate the brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
• 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Corporate Studio portfolio and drive profitability.
• Lead Regional Directors and studio leadership teams, building strong succession plans.
• Refine operating rhythms, scorecards and performance management for execution.
• Lead portfolio-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, member experience, and growth.
• Drive talent development, coaching, and leadership capability across markets.
