Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC is seeking a Director of Corporate Owned Studios to lead Orangetheory Fitness' Corporate Owned Studio portfolio. You will drive performance, profitability, and member experience while building leadership capability across regions.

The role requires 10+ years in multi-unit leadership, strong P&L ownership, and a track record of transforming underperforming operations. Hybrid work and executive collaboration are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience required.
• Proven P&L ownership and financial management experience.
• Experience leading leaders in regional, divisional, or senior ops roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Corporate Studio portfolio and lead regional directors and studio leaders.
• Refine operating rhythms, scorecards, and performance management to improve execution.
• Drive portfolio-wide performance improvements, profitability, and staff accountability.
• Develop action plans to recover underperforming markets and studios and lead change efforts.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Brand teams to accelerate growth and improve unit economics.
• Oversee coaching development, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
• Ensure a best-in-class member experience across corporate studios.
