Job summary

TeraWulf seeks a Senior Vice President, Data Center Operations to lead steady-state operations across its portfolio of hyperscale data center campuses. This role will own site leadership, staffing, maintenance execution, incident response, operating budgets and customer service delivery.

The VP will partner with Reliability and Operational Excellence, Engineering, Construction, IT and site leadership to transition from construction to ongoing operations and sustain performance, safety and uptime

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in mission-critical operations, including hyperscale or large-scale data centers.
Experience leading operations across multiple facilities or distributed portfolios is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing, reliability and customer service.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in data center environments.

Responsibilities

Lead steady-state operations across all data center campuses with direct accountability for site teams and operating performance.
Establish operating priorities, performance expectations, decision rights and escalation protocols across the portfolio.
Conduct regular operating reviews covering staffing, maintenance, incidents, customer requirements, budgets and operational risk.
Drive consistent operating standards, discipline and accountability across all sites.
Oversee operation of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure and maintenance programs.
Represent steady-state Operations through construction, commissioning and expansion activities.
