Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead procurement, sourcing, and contract administration across its data center development and operating portfolio. Reporting to the COO, this leader will develop strategies for large-scale capital projects, drive supplier performance, and ensure cost competitiveness and schedule certainty.

The role requires building a scalable procurement function, partnering with engineering, construction, and operations teams, and mitigating supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing procurement teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies aligned with growth objectives and capital deployment plans.
• Establish procurement policies, governance standards, and approval frameworks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement organization across multiple projects.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on procurement opportunities, commercial considerations, and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, cost optimization, and supplier performance.
• Oversee OFCI procurement activities and ensure logistics, inventory, and schedule alignment.
