Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior program manager to lead day-to-day management across multiple concurrent airport capital projects, serving as the primary contact for airport leadership and establishing governance frameworks.

You will apply expert knowledge of delivery methods to advise on procurement strategy, risk allocation, and program execution while mentoring a multidisciplinary team in a live airport environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in program management or owner's representation on major aviation capital programs or similar large-scale programs.
• Expert-level familiarity with multiple delivery methods and program-level management of multi-project redevelopment programs.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with client and all stakeholders under Aviation leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program management across multiple concurrent capital projects and act as primary contact for airport leadership.
• Establish program governance and lead steering committee meetings and executive briefings.
• Provide executive-level advisory services on formulation, strategy, delivery approach, procurement and risk analysis.
• Apply knowledge of delivery methods to advise procurement strategy and risk allocation.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary Executive Program Management team and ensure alignment with client needs.
