Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead large-scale data center developments across the United States. This role emphasizes strategic oversight from preconstruction to turnover and requires managing executive stakeholders, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a track record in hyperscale or colocation projects, strong governance, and the ability to drive accountability and program profitability. Hybrid work and national travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management or program leadership.
• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical projects is required.
• Strong executive communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior executive leadership for major data center programs.
• Establish project execution strategies, governance, and performance metrics.
• Oversee multiple projects/sites and lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive risk management, safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls.
