Job summary

Metric DCX seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead a major multi-building data center program, spanning preconstruction to turnover and commissioning. You will direct multiple project teams and senior professionals, while maintaining executive client relationships and delivering on schedule, budget, and profitability.

The role requires extensive experience in hyperscale data center environments, strong leadership, and a track record of guiding complex programs to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-building programs.
• Proven track record across preconstruction through turnover.
• Experience managing senior project teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Proven commercial, contractual and financial leadership.
• Experience on projects in the $500M+ range, ideally within hyperscale data centers or similarly complex environments.
• The presence and leadership ability to operate as the senior figure across a major campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall leadership of a major multi-billion-dollar data center program.
• Oversee multiple project teams, Project Executives and senior construction professionals.
• Deliver from preconstruction through construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project strategy, schedule, budget and commercial performance.
• Manage risk, procurement, contracts and major trade partner relationships.
• Coordinate across multiple buildings, phases and workstreams.
• Develop and lead a high-performing project organization.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
