Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale, mission-critical data centre programs across North America. You will drive delivery from inception to completion, ensuring profitability and exceptional client satisfaction.

You’ll mentor project leaders, support preconstruction and proposals, and oversee commissioning and closeout. The role requires 15+ years of commercial construction experience with senior leadership on major projects and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as senior leader on major construction projects.
• Experience as Project Executive, Director or equivalent leadership role.
• Mission critical or data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial, operational and client management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets and delivery strategy.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and field teams.
• Manage client relationships at executive level.
• Drive commercial performance and project profitability.
• Support preconstruction, proposals and strategic planning.
• Lead commissioning and project closeout activities.
• Mentor future construction leaders across the business.
