Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience; 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all assigned employees; coach and mentor staff; manage scheduling, hiring recommendations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with partners to advance affordable housing programs; oversee Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher compliance and budgeting.
• Review and implement HUD rules and SEMAP requirements; monitor inspections and program changes.
• Ensure tenant/landlord participation complies with federal requirements; resolve controversies and guide staff accordingly.
• Prepare corrective action plans for HUD findings and ensure timely reporting to the Board and HUD.
