Job summary

Atlanta Housing is seeking a proactive Housing Services Administrator to oversee a caseload of 400 – 500 families in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. This role involves the comprehensive management of tenant-based rental assistance, ensuring program compliance and providing exceptional customer service to participants.

Qualified candidates will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills along with a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The position entails office work with occasional home visits in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, urban studies, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing caseloads of 400+ participants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage public assistance and subsidy programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer all activities required for the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
• Conduct initial certifications and periodic recertifications of participants.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and landlords.
