Housing Authority of Columbus, Georgia seeks a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership over Property Management, Assisted Housing, Maintenance and Resident Services. You will align programs with strategic objectives, drive performance dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across departments to enhance resident outcomes.

The role requires seven+ years in affordable housing operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and a strong track record in leadership and process

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, real estate, housing management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in affordable housing or related operations.
• Experience leading senior managers and multiple functional areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership to HACG's operating departments and set performance expectations.
• Oversee Property Management, Assisted Housing, Maintenance, and Resident Services.
• Monitor vouchers, occupancy, leasing, and compliance across programs.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate with CFO on budgets, costs, and staffing alignment.
• Lead policy, process improvement, and technology initiatives.
