Job summary

Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging seeks a senior operational leader to translate strategy into high-impact HCBS program operations in Ohio. You will guide multiple service lines, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and sustainability.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, strong budgeting skills, and a track record of cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver value for clients,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, gerontology, or a related field.
• Experience managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and achieving operational and quality outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational change, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into operational plans and set performance expectations for HCBS programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand and integrate programs to improve access and outcomes.
• Lead new service models, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements to support growth.
• Develop long-term strategies with senior leadership to strengthen the organization's position.
• Direct operations of multiple service lines to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, contractual, accreditation, and funder requirements are met.
• Support grant opportunities, contracts, and reimbursement strategies for growth.
• Represent the organization in community partnerships and strategic initiatives.
