Job summary

BENJAMIN ROSE in Cleveland seeks an experienced leader to manage caregiver support services, overseeing WeCare, SHARE, and related programs, ensuring person-centered care and compliance.

You will guide staff, pursue funding, build partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and drive quality improvement and program growth to support older adults and family caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities across diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership in aging services or caregiver programs.
• Experience with contracts, grants, and payer partnerships is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of caregiver support programs and services.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities including grants and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Conduct outreach, presentations, and education to promote programs.
• Ensure program documentation, billing, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement of caregiver support models and protocols.
• Oversee cross-department collaboration to advance organizational goals.
