Job summary

Benjamin Rose in Cleveland is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to translate organizational strategy into high-quality program operations across Home & Community Based Services. You will oversee multiple service lines, drive financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client and caregiver outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, strong budgeting and change-management skills, and a driver’s license for Ohio travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, gerontology, or related field.
• Strong verbal, written, oral and electronic communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and achieving operational and quality outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational change, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to drive operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and align HCBS programs with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand, enhance, and integrate programs to improve access and outcomes.
• Lead development and implementation of new service models, strategic initiatives, and improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership on long-term strategies in aging and community services.
• Direct operations of multiple service lines to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory, contractual, accreditation, and funder requirements.
• Collaborate on grant opportunities, contracts, and reimbursement strategies.
• Represent Benjamin Rose in community partnerships, coalitions, and strategic initiatives.
