Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive for Governmental projects. This role will oversee multiple projects to ensure they are built according to design, budget, and schedule, while leading staffing and ensuring safety and quality across teams.

The position emphasizes accountability, client coordination, and adherence to company policies. Travel to various domestic locations is required, with strong leadership and communication skills essential for success.

• Proven ability to recruit and staff key project offices and field positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are built to design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and scale the business by setting expectations and driving accountability for safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Recruit and staff key office and field positions as needed.
• Interface with owners, A/E representatives, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and project requirements.
• Monitor project logs, documentation, and safety programs; provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering as needed.
• Assist mobilization/demobilization and manage project financial reporting.
