Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive - Governmental to lead the total construction effort across multiple projects in the Governmental unit. Travel to various domestic locations will be required, reporting to the Vice President of Governmental.

The role emphasizes safety, budget, schedule and quality in line with the Caddell Way. Responsibilities include staffing, interfacing with owners and subs, and reporting monthly financials.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years' experience as a project manager.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Excellent technical and management skills with strong communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are built per design, budget and schedule.
• Scale the business by setting expectations and driving accountability across safety, budget, schedule and quality.
• Recruit and staff key office and field positions; interface with owners, A/E reps or subs when needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company, client and project policies and maintain project documentation.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions; assist mobilization/demobilization.
• Report monthly project financial status and participate in client and project pursuits.
