Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive for Governmental projects. This role oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with design, budget and schedule, while leading teams and maintaining rigorous safety, quality, and reporting standards.

You will drive staffing, interface with owners and subcontractors, and report on monthly project financials in a dynamic governmental portfolio. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years’ experience as a project manager required.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Scale the business by setting clear expectations and managing project team performance with a high level of accountability for safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Assist with interface and problem resolution with owners, A/E representatives or subcontractors as required.
• Ensure adherence to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
• Oversee maintenance of official project log and documentation files; oversee safety program implementation.
