Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive to oversee multiple government-focused projects across varied domestic locations. You will ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements while driving safety, quality, and accountability across teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive project management experience, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and a deep understanding of the Caddell way.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent technical and management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures.
• Strong client relations skills are a must.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Deep understanding of the 'Caddell way'.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Instrumental in scaling the business by: setting clear expectations and managing project team performance through accountability around safety, budget, schedule, quality and the Caddell Way.
• Planning, organizing and participating in recruitment and staffing key office and field positions.
• If required, assist with interface and problem resolution with owners, A/E representatives or subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
• Oversee maintenance of official project log and documentation files.
• Oversee implementation/interpretation of safety programs at all times.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
• Assist with mobilization/demobilization of projects.
• Provide oversight of assigned projects with understanding of owner/subcontractor contracts, project billings and reporting of monthly financial status.
• Participate in client pursuits and project pursuits with Governmental Business Unit.
• Participate in project bids or preconstruction efforts with Governmental Business Unit.
• Perform additional assignments per executive management's direction.
• Working conditions include travel, full-time construction setting, physical requirements.
