Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive to oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects across various domestic locations. The role requires leadership to ensure design, budget and schedule alignment, with accountability for safety and project performance.

The position emphasizes staffing, interface management with owners and subcontractors, and adherence to company policies. A strong technical background and robust communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years' experience as a project manager.
• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total construction effort for multiple projects to ensure they are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Scale the business by setting clear expectations and managing project team performance across safety, budget, schedule and quality.
• Assist with interface and problem resolution with owners, A/E representatives or subcontractors when required.
• Ensure adherence to all company, client and project policies, procedures and standards.
• Oversee maintenance of official project logs and documentation files.
• Oversee implementation of safety programs at all times.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
• Assist with mobilization/demobilization of projects.
• Report monthly project financial status and contracts oversight.
