Caddell Construction is seeking a Construction Executive for Governmental projects. Location varies across domestic locations. You will oversee the total construction effort, ensuring work aligns with design, budget, and schedule, while leading staffing and safety programs.
You will interface with owners, A/E reps or subcontractors as needed, uphold company policies, and guide planning, scheduling and engineering activities. Requires extensive PM experience and strong communication skills.

Minimum high school diploma/GED and 15 years' experience as a project manager required. Four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
Requires excellent technical and management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have a deep understanding of the "Caddell way".
While the salary range is typically between $157,100 - $190,000 (we are including premiums that will increase the salary range) annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
