Job summary

CBRE seeks a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transactions across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will collaborate with brokerage teams, shape deal terms, and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

The role requires 5–8 years in commercial real estate, a real estate license, and strong analytical skills. You will manage renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and subleasing while coordinating multiple stakeholders to meet client timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience considered.
• 5–8 years of commercial real estate transaction experience preferred.
• Real Estate License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and judgment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate leases, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Review terms, negotiate with brokers and clients.
• Present cash flow projections, NPV, IRR to clients.
• Lead cross-team coordination to support CBRE service lines.
