Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineering Manager to lead the Facilities Engineering group, delivering sustaining and project engineering across natural gas and CO2 facilities. You will drive design, standards, budgets, and collaboration with other units to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years direct energy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Engineering group on sustaining and capital projects for natural gas, CO2, and related facilities.
• Maintain and improve Engineering, Construction, Drawing, and Operating & Maintenance standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, System Design, and Business Development.
• Oversight of budgeting, planning, and execution for projects and departments.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports.
