Qualifications

• Seven to ten (7-10) years of behavioral health operations/administrative experience.
• Experience leading outpatient clinics and executive leadership roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate day-to-day administration of multiple outpatient behavioral clinics and consultative leadership for inpatient facilities.
• Ensure financial integrity and annual budgeting for Peninsula Hospital and outpatient entities.
• Oversee public relations, physician relations, marketing and business development to grow reputation and market share.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, facilities management, and external partners to meet strategic goals.
