Job summary

Lifepoint Behavioral Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations - Behavioral Health for Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatment.

You will lead clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise therapy, oversee discharge planning, and drive quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
• An unencumbered LCSW license is required.
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatment programs for psychiatric and substance use patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and integrated clinical functions.
• Supervise individual and group therapy and develop therapeutic modalities.
• Oversee discharge planning for optimal post-hospital transition.
• Maintain current, accurate clinical documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Ensure approved programs are implemented consistently.
• Provide feedback through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate performance improvement and monthly reporting.
• Attend treatment team meetings regularly.
• Collaborate with leadership on hospital operations.
