Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years management related experience with BS degree or five (5) years management related experience with MS degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and maximizes the efficiency of personnel utilization according to Covenant Health's philosophy.
• Develops and facilitates long-range planning to maintain market presence and professional image.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to improve operating efficiency.
• Manages contracts and negotiations with hospitals and third parties; liaison with providers.
• Oversees budgeting, billing, payroll, retirement plan contributions, and tax preparation.
