The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior Fund Administration professional with 8+ years of PERE experience to lead ledger management, financial statements, and partner allocations across private equity structures.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA, are proficient with Investran/Yardi, and can coordinate audits while guiding clients through complex fund structures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PERE experience in Fund Administration or public/private accounting.
• CPA designation
• Knowledge of US GAAP and other comprehensive bases of accounting.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
• Prepare and review limited partner and general partner allocations.
• Prepare and review trial balances and work paper products.
• Coordinate external audit process.
• Review client partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials.
• Be involved with fund structure implementations on accounting systems.
