Job summary

Citco is hiring a Supervisor for Fund Accounting in the Private Assets group. The role leads NAV calculations, reviews fund expenses, and ensures accurate reporting for private equity structures. You will supervise staff, liaise with clients, and coordinate audits to uphold service quality.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance (or a relevant professional designation) and 4+ years in fund accounting, with strong leadership and MS Office and FIS Investran experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a professional designation.
• 4+ years fund accounting experience in Private Equity or a similar setting.
• Experience reviewing ledgers and financial statements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; FIS Investran experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and/ or prepare periodical Net Asset Value calculations for Private Equity Funds, including financial statement prep and allocation calculations.
• Review fund expenses such as admin and management fees, carried interest and other fees.
• Review accounting work, capital events and client deliverables.
• Review partnership agreements and related materials.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Reporting and other Citco teams globally.
• Supervise daily activities of team members and mentor staff.
• Coordinate external audit processes and client onboarding.
