Qualifications

8+ years PERE experience in Fund Administration or public/private accounting.
Knowledge of Infrastructure Funds and related regulatory/reporting guidelines.
Experience in managing and marketing a new business unit.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, margin analysis and project management skills.
Familiarity with Investran/Yardi platforms.

Responsibilities

Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
Prepare and review allocations for limited and general partners.
Coordinate external audits and client meetings.
Provide technical accounting knowledge to clients, especially in Infrastructure space.
