Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds, ensuring accurate accounting and investor reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for investor onboarding, fund operations, and financial close processes.
• Review fund, investment, and investor-level activity, including capital movements and allocations.
• Ensure compliance with fund governing documents, fee structures, and waterfall mechanics.
• Act as a technical accounting resource with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Review financial statements, capital account reporting, and investor communications.
• Partner with external auditors throughout annual audit cycles.
• Serve as a primary client contact for ongoing requests and issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee billing, collections, and recoverability related to assigned client accounts.
