Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Commercial Construction Project Executive for Advanced Manufacturing in Dallas. You will lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing safety, schedule, and profitability.

Strong client relations and BD experience are essential for growing our Dallas Advanced Manufacturing practice. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate with utilities and process systems, and mentor project teams.

Qualifications

A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business is strongly preferred.
10+ years in commercial construction, with advanced manufacturing/industrial project experience.
Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction to closeout in active environments.
Strong understanding of process utilities, equipment installation, automation, and building-systems coordination.
Proven estimating experience: budgets, scopes, bid packages, subcontractor proposals, cost comparisons.
Established business development experience with client relationships and pursuits.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple advanced manufacturing and industrial projects in Dallas.
Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction, startup, and closeout.
Develop detailed estimates, scopes of work, bid packages, and subcontractor proposals.
Coordinate base-building construction with process equipment, utilities, and controls.
Develop strategies to minimize disruption to active manufacturing operations.
Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and project pursuits with BD teams.
Ensure safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction.
