Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage daily high-volume, full-service kitchen operations in Chandler, AZ. You will mentor a 30+ person kitchen team, uphold scratch-kitchen standards, and drive profitability through cost controls and labor management.

Qualifications include 3+ years in culinary management in high-volume settings, ServSafe preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per shift.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, and waste management.
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operation standards.
