Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen environment.
• Supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, COGS, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full-service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management.
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and team leadership.
