Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a full-service restaurant KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment.
• Proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding quality standards in a scratch kitchen.
• Must love a fast-paced environment and maintain standards while building relationships.
• Inventory and ordering experience is required.
• Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Proactive problem-solver with hands-on work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and direct team with a focus on excellence.
• Build respectful relationships with every kitchen team member and maintain accountability.
• Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail.
• Focus with the team on creating unforgettable guest experiences every time
• Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
• Tightly manage portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls.
