Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our restaurant group in a fast-paced, team-friendly environment. You will support the Executive Kitchen Manager through training and coaching, ensuring smooth operation in a high-volume kitchen.

This role requires 3+ years in full-service restaurant leadership, a passion for fast-paced work, and a track record of upholding standards, inventory control, and safety. You will lead by example, assist with scheduling, and recipe execution.

• 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support the EKM through training and coaching new team members
• Build respectful relationships with the crew - BOH and FOH
• Pay close attention to details in a scratch kitchen environment
• Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
• Manage recipe execution, portion sizes, prep lists, and help with scheduling
