Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director, IT to direct the technology strategy for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions within Industrial Automation. You will partner with SBUs to drive growth, resilience, and exceptional customer experiences through data, systems, and processes across SAP, Salesforce, e‑commerce, and cloud platforms.

The role requires building high‑performing teams, championing secure, scalable change, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a global matrix.

Qualifications

Ten+ years in technology leadership at large enterprises.
Proven leadership of digital transformations & ERP/enterprise tech implementations.
Experience partnering with senior executives in a complex matrix organization.
Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, cloud solutions and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the technology agenda for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions.
Translate strategy into roadmaps, business cases, and disciplined execution.
Lead enterprise transformation and platform modernization across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e‑commerce and supply chain.
