Job summary
Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director of IT to drive the technology strategy for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions within Industrial Automation. You will partner with SME/HTS Presidents to translate strategic goals into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.
You will oversee SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms, building high-performing teams and guiding secure, scalable change in a global matrix, reporting to the CIO.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership in large enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation and ERP/SAP/Salesforce implementations.
- Experience partnering with senior executives in a complex matrix.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the technology agenda for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions.
- Translate strategy into roadmaps, business cases, and disciplined execution.
- Lead enterprise transformation across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital solutions.
- Connect systems, data, and processes to simplify core operations and standardize scalable processes.
- Advance channel management and sales excellence through improved customer experiences.
- Champion process mining, advanced analytics, automation, and responsible AI.
