Job Description As Senior Director, IT here at Honeywell Technologies, you will lead the technology strategy for the Smart Energy (SME) and Thermal Solutions (HTS) businesses of Industrial Automation (IA). Partnering closely with the SME and HTS Presidents, you will combine strong business acumen, customer focus, and technology leadership to solve complex challenges, anticipate future needs, and convert strategy into disciplined execution.
The ideal candidate connects systems, data, and processes across SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms to unlock growth, transformation, resilience, and exceptional customer experiences. This leader will build high-performing teams, challenge conventional thinking, and champion secure, scalable change in a complex global matrix. Success will be measured by business outcomes.
You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer, Industrial Automation and work from our Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
