Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Information Technology (IT) for Finance to guide the technology strategy for the SME and HTS units within Industrial Automation. You will partner with Presidents to align investments, drive disciplined execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role connects SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms to unlock growth and resilience, while building high-performing teams in a complex global matrix.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership in large enterprises.
- Proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation and ERP/SAP/Salesforce implementations.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across a complex matrix.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, digital platforms, and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the technology agenda for SME and HTS within Industrial Automation.
- Partner with SBU Presidents and senior leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps and roadmaps into execution.
- Lead enterprise transformation and platform modernization across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e-commerce, supply chain and cloud solutions.
- Connect systems and data to simplify core operations and deliver measurable business results.
- Advance channel management and sales excellence through better digital capabilities.
- Champion analytics, automation, and responsible AI to reshape digital commerce and performance.
- Lead secure, scalable enterprise change across IT and cybersecurity teams in a global matrix.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, value, and financial impact.
