The role focuses on aligning SAP, Salesforce, e‑commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms to unlock growth and resilience, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years of technology leadership in large enterprises.
• Proven track record leading digital transformations and ERP/enterprise tech implementations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a complex matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, cloud and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technology agenda for SME and HTS within IA.
• Partner with company presidents to translate strategy into roadmaps and execution.
• Lead enterprise transformation and platform modernization across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e-commerce, and cloud.
• Connect systems, data, and processes to standardize scalable operations.
• Advance channel management and sales excellence through enhanced digital capabilities.
• Champion process mining, analytics, automation, and responsible AI.
• Lead secure, scalable enterprise change across IT, cyber, and business teams.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, value, performance, resilience, and financial impact.
