Job summary

Roblox is seeking an IT Support Technician III for onsite, daily support in San Mateo, CA. You will own complex hardware, software, identity, and endpoint issues, delivering high-touch support to executives and leaders, and ensuring readiness for events and Town Halls.

You’ll work across teams to improve reliability, security, and user experience, while documenting procedures and improving workflows for sustained operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• High-touch support for executives or senior leaders.
• Hands-on support for events and conference rooms with Zoom/Neat/Logitech.
• Troubleshooting macOS and Windows; familiarity with ChromeOS/Linux/iOS/Android.
• Experience with Okta, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of identity, networking, endpoint security, and device management.
