Job summary

Roblox Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician III to deliver reliable technology experiences for executives and staff in San Mateo, CA. This hourly role requires onsite support five days a week and collaboration across Corporate Engineering to ensure operational readiness for events and meetings.

You will own complex technical issues, provide high-touch support, and continually improve processes, documentation, and runbooks while partnering with AV, Security, Facilities, and Engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or Desktop Support roles, capable of independent troubleshooting.
• High-touch support for executives or high-visibility users.
• Hands-on AV/event support using Zoom/Neat/Logitech.
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows; familiarity with ChromeOS, Linux, iOS, Android.
• Experience with enterprise platforms: Okta, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Jamf or Workspace ONE.
• Ability to document knowledge and improve support processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and own complex hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Provide high-touch support for executives and senior leaders, minimizing disruptions.
• Support internal events and high-visibility experiences through preparation, testing, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for executive meetings and events.
• Improve workflows, documentation, tooling, and support processes for reliability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides for the team.
