Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoints and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals for end users.
• Support conference room and meeting technology for executive meetings and high-visibility events.
• Manage user accounts and access controls via Active Directory and Azure AD.
