Job summary

Dahl Consulting is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions to identify an experienced Executive Level - IT Support in St. Paul, MN.

This role delivers high-touch technical support to executive leadership and key business stakeholders in a corporate headquarters environment, including hands-on and remote support, AV/conferencing, and collaboration tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional IT experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with AI technology for process improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile OS.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other enterprise productivity applications.
• Knowledge of AV technologies, conferencing platforms, and meeting room support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLAs/OLAs.
• Strong customer service orientation with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel locally and support off-site meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and end-user computing issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and support business applications and productivity tools.
• Support audio/visual, video conferencing, and collaboration technologies for executive meetings and events.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot AV setups for leadership meetings.
• Deliver white-glove support to executive stakeholders and their administrative teams.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to identify root causes and escalate when necessary.
• Develop, maintain, and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Conduct site evaluations and technology readiness assessments for executive and board-level events.
• Support Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
• Occasional evening, weekend, and off-site support activities as needed.
