Job summary

FTAI Aviation is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to anchor executive technology support at our New York City headquarters. You will own every issue end-to-end, prioritize executive requests, and extend support to global sites while maintaining SOX-aligned processes.

The role requires deep technical range, polished executive presence, and willingness to participate in a 24/7 support pod, including on-call rotations and board/earnings-event coverage.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in IT end-user computing or service delivery.
• 3+ years supporting executives or VIPs in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency with M365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11 and Autopilot provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive white-glove support on the embedded executive floor.
• Cover the day shift and onboard/offboard users per SOX controls.
• Deliver end-user and global support across HQ and global sites with SLA-driven resolutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours coverage for board events and investor meetings.
• Administer executive endpoints and identity across Microsoft 365 stack.
