Job summary

nVent is seeking an experienced executive IT support professional to serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite users in Minneapolis. You will coordinate across IT teams to resolve complex issues, provide remote support for systems and applications, and take ownership to ensure timely resolutions aligned with SLAs.

Responsibilities include documenting problems, maintaining knowledge bases, and leading IT projects to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Experience working with Windows and iOS in large organizations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, conference rooms, and boardrooms.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and escalation for Executive and C-suite users.
• Lead complex troubleshooting escalated from Level 1 and coordinate with IT teams for rapid resolutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support for systems and applications used by executives.
• Take ownership of issues, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Lead projects to improve IT operations and systems and ensure SLA compliance.
