Job summary

Docusign is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Seattle to deliver high‑quality end-user IT services and AV support for senior leaders. The role emphasizes automation of common requests and strong collaboration with Workplace Technology and IT teams.

You'll onboard new hires, create user documentation, and help manage office tech changes, relocations, and upgrades. A hybrid schedule applies with minimum in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Experience with Windows and Mac client systems administration.
• Experience delivering executive support to senior leadership.
• Experience with AV support and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading office relocations and decommissioning locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, focusing on VIPs and Senior Executives.
• Support Executive meetings in executive meeting spaces with AV expertise.
• Collaborate to identify automation opportunities in IT services and workplace tech.
• Onboard new employees, including setup of systems and training on workplace technology.
• Create documentation and training materials for end users and IT teams.
• Stay current with IT automation trends and best practices.
• Act as a lead in partnership with Workplace Technology Team.
• Liaise between IT and Network teams for office upgrades and decommissioning.
