Job summary

Docusign is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Seattle to support employees, especially executives, with hardware, software, and AV needs. The role is hybrid, combining in-office and remote work with regular weekly office presence.

You will drive automation of common IT requests, onboard new hires, and create training materials while collaborating with Workplace Technology and IT teams to improve services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with Windows and Mac client systems administration.
• Experience delivering executive support to Senior leadership.
• Experience with AV support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, focusing on VIPs and Senior Executives.
• Support Executive meetings in executive meeting spaces with AV expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate IT services and workplace technology.
• Onboard new employees and setup systems; deliver training on workplace tech.
• Create documentation and training materials; support policies and procedures.
• Stay current with trends in IT automation and workplace technology.
• Act as lead with Workplace Technology Team, coordinating with IT & Network.
• Liaise on office upgrades, switch changes, and office buildouts.
