Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to deliver high-touch end-user support for executives and a global workforce. The role covers onboarding, device provisioning, access management, and on-call rotations to ensure business-critical technology runs smoothly.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, and Apple devices, providing desktop, mobility, and AV support on a global scale. office-based with some travel involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint management and end-user computing environments.
• Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and IAM tooling.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune and device provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives and executive assistants
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex desktop, mobility, and end-user issues
• Support a global workforce across office, remote, and travelling users
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and user access requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical and executive technology needs
• Maintain executive-ready spare devices and coordinate rapid device replacements when required
• Provide AV and conferencing support for board meetings, leadership events, and critical business presentations
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, Apple devices, and endpoint management platforms

Required Experience
