Job summary

Everlywell is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead in-office IT services for our Austin HQ and support the executive team with high-touch, secure technology across macOS, Google Workspace, Zoom, and SaaS platforms.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, AV systems, and travel tech, while partnering with IT and Security to improve automation and compliance in a fast-paced, HIPAA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT systems support in SaaS or hybrid environments.
• Strong macOS troubleshooting and Apple hardware knowledge.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to support executive leadership and travel tech.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST or similar security standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office IT support for macOS devices and AV systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Zoom, Zoom Rooms, Slack.
• Manage provisioning and deprovisioning, onboarding/offboarding.
• Support executives with meetings, travel tech, and devices.
• Collaborate with IT and Security to improve automation and security.
• Triage IT tickets via help desk systems.
