Job summary

Anchor Network Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technology Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

You will develop long-term IT strategies, build executive relationships, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and solutions. Collaborative work with Account Managers and project teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, account management, or IT strategy roles within an MSP or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client executives, aligning tech initiatives with goals and compliance.
• Review technical site assessments, evaluate business risks, and communicate urgency to client leadership.
• Create and maintain customized IT roadmaps reflecting client objectives, regulatory needs, and budgets.
• Partner with teams to ensure timely execution of roadmap initiatives and projects.
• Develop proposals and project plans addressing client needs and alignment gaps.
• Assist clients in creating technology budgets and planning for future needs.
• Promote Anchor Network Solutions’ offerings through onsite or virtual presentations.
• Attend client industry events to identify trends and position Anchor as a subject matter expert.
